Section 1 - Artisanal Craftsmanship & Production

  • Every Vennassa piece is handcrafted to order using premium 18K Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver, and finest selected gemstones.
  • Because we celebrate slow luxury and craft each piece individually, a standard 7–14 business days production window applies before shipping.
  • Due to the artisanal nature of our craftsmanship, minor natural variations in texture or metallic luster may occur, celebrating the unique soul of each design.

Section 2 - Exclusive 2-Year Jewelry Warranty

We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. Vennassa proudly guarantees all jewelry pieces to be free of any manufacturing and structural defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

  • Exclusions: This premium warranty covers structural integrity but does not cover general wear and tear, tarnish due to improper chemical exposure, accidental damage, loss of gemstones, neglect, or alteration attempts by unauthorized third-party jewelers.

Section 3 - Intellectual Property

  • All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to jewelry designs, visual aesthetics, product photography, collection narratives, brand logos, and written text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vennassa and is protected by international copyright and property laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Section 4 - Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • We do our absolute best to maintain precise pricing and stock counts on our boutique.
  • However, Vennassa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion (e.g., due to raw material limitations, technical errors, or suspected violations of these terms).
  • In the event of an order cancellation, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These terms, conditions, and all boutique transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
