Welcome to Vennassa. Every piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted to order by our artisans to ensure the highest standards of exclusivity and quality. Because we embrace slow luxury and maintain minimal inventory, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your piece is dispatched.

  • Complimentary Local Shipping: We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping across Hong Kong on all orders of HKD $800 or above. For orders below HKD $800, a standard shipping fee will be smoothly calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Once processed and dispatched, local deliveries generally arrive within 1–2 business days.
  • Order Tracking: All shipments include dedicated tracking numbers. A confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent to you the moment your package leaves our studio.
  • Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Refused packages or those undeliverable due to recipient negligence (e.g., mis-typed addresses) will be refunded once received back at our studio, minus the cost of two-way shipping and any applicable administrative fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Your absolute satisfaction is our priority. We understand that fine jewelry is an intimate choice, which is why we offer a curated 7-Day Exchange Window.

  • 7-Day Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our concierge team at info@vennassa.com or via WhatsApp at +852 5389 3128 within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be entirely unused, unaltered, and in their original premium Vennassa packaging with all tags and branded boxes intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and structural reasons, earrings, personalized jewelry, and items custom-made to individual specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
